18th Edition of the Extreme Metal Record Fair in Madrid. As in the previous event held last April, the fair concluded with a grand finale featuring a concert by four top-tier bands. Organized by BlackSeed Prods and Down With The Most High Productions, with invaluable support from Black Matter and Morgana Music Events, the event took place on Friday, December 6th, at Sala Revi Live in Madrid.

The fair opened its doors free of charge at 11:00 AM with 25 confirmed stands, while access to the concert, starting at 7:00 PM, required a ticket. Throughout the day there was a pleasant atmosphere and a great flow of people, passionate about music and collectors in search of small treasures. A very organized fair, from the first stand to the last concert of the night.

The evening of the 18th Extreme Metal Record Fair in Madrid was kicked off by the young band 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐔𝐌 from Barcelona, delivering heavy and sickening Death/Doom Metal. They presented their second album, "Melted And Decomposed", released by BlackSeed Prods and Me Saco Un Ojo Records, as well as tracks from their recent split LP with JADE, issued through Pulverised Records.

The Italian band 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐅𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐑 made their triumphant return to the capital, two years after their first visit. They showcased their second full-length album, "God Devourer", released by BlackSeed Prods a few months ago. The album pays homage to the classic and diabolical Death Metal crafted by bands like Possessed and Morbid Angel in the mid-80s.

From Zaragoza, 𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐗𝐘 returned to Madrid two years after their last appearance. They delivered crushing and dark Death Metal, primarily featuring tracks from their third album, "The Last Mirror", released by Me Saco Un Ojo Records and Darkness Descends Records. The album solidified their position at the forefront of the extreme metal scene.

Headlining the 18th Extreme Metal Record Fair in Madrid, 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑 took the stage. The veteran Death Metal band, formed in England in 1987, debuted in 1990 with the now-classic album "To The Gory End", followed in 1991 by the essential "Death Shall Rise". Their performance focused on tracks from these two albums, along with a selection from their later works, bringing the evening to an unforgettable close.

Below a video summary of the fair in general and the 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑 concert, both published on our official Instagram of Obnubil Studio. In addition, announcing that the date for the next edition of the fair has already been set, it will take place next Saturday, May 17, 2025. This recent edition sold out and many people were left at the entrance looking for tickets... so it would be better to be more foresighted next time!
