SIZING
Will the garments shrink in the wash? The garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance. To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 30C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat. Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect the dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of colour. For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

Shipment
We ship worldwide via Correos España (registered mail), just some asian countries are excluded. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, the delivery time, as well as the country you live in. To see shipping quotes, add items to cart and click on checkout. Please double check your address as it will be difficult for us to alter the address after the purchase.
We offer registered shipping that only will be delivered to the person who made the order and at the address indicated at the moment of the order and include a tracking service so both, client and us, can know at any time where exactly the shipment is.
As each one of the Obnubil's products are hand-made on demand and checked, packed and sent manually, orders will be shipped as soon as possible, it could take up to 15-20 working days after payment is received. Domestic orders (ES) should arrive within 1-5 days after shipping. Foreign orders will take 2-20 days (depending on how far you are, and the delivery company you chose at the checkout ) after shipped but please allow up to 4 weeks for arrival (sometimes more). Shipping delays and delays at customs bureau are out of our control. We also will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item.
Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, and as long as the purchase has not yet been accepted, you can contact us at info@obnubil.com as soon as possible for any questions or changes.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are not available at the moment. You can still contact us at info@obnubil.com if you want to give a gift to someone, we will see what we can do for you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags still on the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
